South Africa's Retief Goosen fired a second straight 64 to take a one-shot lead into the final day of the Portugal Masters at Vilamoura.
The two-time US Open champion, who has not won on the European Tour since 2007, carded an eagle two and seven birdies to reach 20 under par.
Italian Francesco Molinari is second, two ahead of England's Lee Westwood.
